How do I wash my garment?
It's best to hand wash and hang to dry your garment to have it last longer. If you do wash your garment in the washing machine, wash and dry on gentle.

What is your return/exchange policy?
If your garment is not what you ordered or does not fit properly please contact us and we will be able to adjust or replace the item(s) you ordered.

Do you make custom pieces and how much do they cost?
Yes, we can make custom pieces and the price will reflect what you want made. We will go through a design process together to make something special just for you. Custom pieces can range from $40-$100.

How do you wear some of these garments?
The products are meant to be worn like they are pictured but some of them can be worn differently and that's what's great about our clothing. It's all about customizing the pieces for you to make you feel comfortable.

Are your swimsuits lined and padded?
No, our swimsuits are not lined or padded because the designs are drafted straight from the fabric.

Where are your products made and are they all hand made?
All Twisted Cuts products are made in Honolulu, Hawaii. Our printed clothing designs are also made in Hawaii by other local companies. We do not outsource our products. All custom cut pieces are hand made by designer, Nickie Q.

How long does it take to receive my online order?
Orders can take anywhere from 7-14 business days for domestic and 14-21 days for international orders. Shipping time is also contingent with what was ordered and shipping time. We ship all of our products via USPS.

How much is shipping?
All domestic shipping is free within the United States. Unfortunately shipping to other countries is not free at the moment, but we do ship worldwide the most cost effective way possible.

What is your return & exchange policy?
100% satisfaction guaranteed. All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted on all products within 14 days or receiving item. Since all products are hand made and custom made, we may not get it right the 1st time. But we pride ourselves on our products.
